ASHTANGA BLEND - TEMP: 90° ALL LEVELS
Hot Ashtanga Blend is a traditional fluid yoga sequence from which all fluid vinyasa styles of yoga are derived. In this class we focus on the primary series, condensed into a shorter format that gives you a balanced practice of sun salutes, standing poses, forward folds, backbends, twists, hip openers and inversions. Particular emphasis is paid to linking the postures with the ujjayi breath, using drishti to maintain mental focus, and the use of bandhas to build internal heat and give the body support and strength. A challenging practice but one that is accessible to all levels of student, with the use of props and modifications.

The Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series is a traditional, lineage-based Yoga practice that builds sequentially in terms of flexibility and strength, as you progress through the series. You will experience inner transformation every time you practice.
hot SEQUENCe - tEMP: 105° ALL LEVELS
Get ready to sweat! Korsi Hot Sequence is rooted in the Bikram/Bishnu Ghosh Yoga Tradition from India. The class consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to engage your whole body, build strength and flexibility, and challenge your mind. You will leave feeling detoxified and refreshed from the inside out. Suitable for everyone – beginners and experienced students alike.
GENTLE FLOW - TEMP: NON-HEATED (ROOM STAYS AT 80°) BEGINNERS AND ALL LEVELS
Gentle Flow is a gentle but deep Vinyasa practice, with movement synchronized to the breath. Because of the smooth way the poses run together, this class closely resembles a dance.
HIP OPENER - TEMP: 95° ALL LEVELS
Korsi Hot Hip Opener is a series of poses focused on opening the hips for better flexibility and overall movement, resulting in a greater range of motion, increased circulation and lowering your chances of injury.
FLOW and deep stretch - TEMP: 95° ALL LEVELS
Practicing moving with ease and total presence in this meditative yoga sequence. Connect to your body, feel calm and clear.
POWER flow - TEMP: 105° ALL LEVELS
Korsi Hot Power is an energetic class, which builds strength, flexibility, and concentration. Cleanse the body and calm the mind. This class does not follow a set sequence of postures. Each class is unique and will vary from teacher to teacher. You can always expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work.
ATHLETIC RECOVERY - TEMP: 85 - 95° ALL LEVELS
Recovery focuses on specific poses that will help recover and repair muscles. The focused postures also help to develop strength, increase balance and flexibility, and enhance endurance and mental focus. This class is for anyone who maintains a consistent physical practice, such as running, cycling, CrossFit, weight lifting, tennis, lacrosse, etc. and is looking to maximize performance and reduce injury.

Korsi Slow Power Flow is an energetic, class, which builds strength, flexibility, and concentration through longer holds in the postures. Cleanse the body and calm the mind. This class does not follow a set sequence of postures. Each class is unique and will vary from teacher to teacher. YIN - TEMP: NON-HEATED (ROOM STAYS AT 80°) ALL LEVELS
Life requires balance – yoga requires balance. If you find yourself completely immersed in the ‘yang’ style of yoga, the active muscular form, it may be time to discover the missing half, the ‘yin’ style that works the deep tissues, energy body, and mind/body. Through gentle, long holds, this class will access and open the yin tissues (tendons, ligaments, fascia) of the body, relying on gravity and props to passively work into the body’s physical, emotional, and subtle energetic layers. Dress warm, the room is not heated to allow deeper work into the yin tissues.

Each class begins with a guided meditation, explores different pranayama breathing practices and takes you through gentle, restorative yoga postures. All classes are an invitation to find greater ease, well-being and joy in life.
Meditation can remove stress and replace it with a sense of inner peace and tranquility. It’s one of the best tools we have to balance our emotions, deal with physical and psychological distress, and learn to embrace the present moment. But it can be tough to meditate without a teacher or guide. Enter guided meditations at Korsi Yoga. We will help you find your center, still the mind and be present.
The restorative portion of the class will take you through gentle, supported postures aimed at settling the sympathetic nervous system and stress responses which manifest in the physical body. Restorative yoga is intended to be healing and nurturing for the body.
Come in comfortable clothes and warm socks. And bring your favorite eye pillow/cover to help facilitate your relaxation.
YOGA BASICS - TEMP: NON-HEATED (ROOM STAYS AT 80°) BEGINNERS AND ALL LEVELS
If you are new to hot yoga or are looking to deepen your yoga practice through movement and breathing techniques, this is a good place to start. In Korsi Warm Basics, the room is kept at a comfortable 80°. You will work through alignment and postures, at a relaxed pace, and you will learn the underlying foundation of Vinyasa yoga, a style that synchronizes movement to breath.
