On Mother's Day this year, celebrate the feminine divine in your life with the gift of presence and complete relaxation. Join Emily in a two hour practice, starting with restorative yoga, and moving into delicious yoga nidra.
Restorative yoga instills a deep sense of relaxation, with the use of yoga props, to guide ones body into stillness. Yoga nidra, or "yogic sleep" will allow a deeper, meditative state that will result in stress and tension completely melting away. We can't wait to share this afternoon of breathing easy, unwinding and peaceful rest with you!
A sweet treat will be served and a carnation will also be given to each mother as a representation of Feminine Love.
