Atlanta Women's Foundation Yogathon

  • Chastain Horse Park (map)

Change will begin when hundreds of Atlantans unfurl their mats, set their intentions and draw their first breath together – all with the goal of changing the lives of the 320,000 women and girls who wake up to poverty every day in our city. Yogathon offers up a soul-stirring, mind and body-stretching event that will feature a morning of social action in the form of meditation, music and yoga.

Based on the overwhelming success and joy of last year’s inaugural Yogathon, internationally acclaimed yoga teacher and renowned social activist Seane Corn will return to Atlanta to lead the day. She will be joined by nine of Atlanta’s most acclaimed teachers – every one of them warriors for change. And together we will move through each pose with purpose – to strengthen ourselves and our city.

Join us as we practice as one to change the lives of women and girls in Atlanta.

Special thanks to Event Chair - Lisa Cannon Taylor, Vice Event Chair - Kelly Harper and Yogathon Committee Members!
