This training is designed for:
Students interested in becoming yoga teachers
Current teachers who want to refine and expand their craft
Dedicated practitioners who simply want to deepen their understanding of yoga
You do not have to want to teach to take teacher training.
Our Yoga Alliance-registered 200-Hour training explores all aspects of the practice—from asana, anatomy, sequencing and teaching methodology to philosophy, meditation, pranayama, and the deeper traditions of yoga.
Over four months, you’ll deepen your personal practice, develop the skills and confidence to teach, and explore how the practice of yoga extends far beyond the mat.
