Labs We Offer
Movement With Purpose
Your body is unique. Your movement practice should be too.
Korsi Mobility Labs takes a more individualized approach to movement, combining yoga, functional mobility, strength, balance, and anatomy to help you better understand how your body moves.
Whether you’re an athlete experiencing limitations, someone navigating changes in your body, or simply looking to maintain strength and mobility as you age, our small group sessions provide the attention and guidance that traditional group classes often cannot.
Each Lab is limited to five participants, allowing us to explore individual movement patterns, address specific goals, and develop practical tools for lifelong mobility.
Our labs are comfortably heated to support movement, but not a traditional hot yoga class.
-
Move Freely. Build Strength. Restore Range.
Tight hips can influence everything from walking and running to squatting, bending, and everyday movement. This Lab explores hip mobility, rotation, stability, and strength while examining how the feet, ankles, pelvis, and surrounding muscles work together.
Ideal for athletes, hikers, runners, cyclists, and anyone looking to improve lower body mobility and movement efficiency.
-
Find Freedom in Movement.
Our shoulders and spine play an essential role in nearly everything we do. This Lab explores shoulder mobility, spinal rotation, posture, and upper body strength through targeted movement, mobility exercises, and yoga-based techniques.
Ideal for individuals experiencing stiffness, limited overhead mobility, or restrictions associated with repetitive movement, athletics, or prolonged sitting.
-
Stay Grounded. Move Confidently.
Balance is a skill that can be developed throughout life. This Lab explores the relationship between strength, coordination, proprioception, and stability through exercises designed to challenge and improve balance.
We’ll work with foot and ankle strength, single leg stability, coordination, and functional movement to build greater confidence in everyday activities.
Ideal for active adults of all ages who want to maintain stability, coordination, and independence.
-
Support Your Spine. Strengthen Your Foundation.
Our backs are designed to move, yet everyday habits, repetitive movement, and physical demands can leave us feeling stiff or restricted.
This Lab explores gentle spinal mobility, core stability, functional strength, breathwork, and movement awareness to support a healthier relationship with your back.
Ideal for individuals experiencing recurring stiffness or discomfort who want to explore supportive movement in a small, attentive environment.
-
Train Smarter. Move Better. Stay in the Game.
Strength and endurance are only part of athletic performance. Mobility, stability, coordination, and recovery are equally important.
This Lab explores movement limitations commonly experienced by runners, cyclists, golfers, lifters, hikers, and former athletes. Through targeted mobility work, active range of motion, and functional strength, we’ll work toward more efficient and adaptable movement.
Designed for athletes of all levels, including those transitioning away from competitive sports who want to maintain an active lifestyle.
-
Age With Strength. Move With Confidence.
Getting older doesn’t mean giving up the activities you love. Maintaining strength, mobility, balance, and coordination becomes increasingly important as we move through life.
This Lab combines functional movement, yoga, mobility training, and balance exercises to support physical capability and confidence.
From getting up and down from the floor to maintaining stability, strength, and freedom of movement, our focus is on helping you stay active and independent for years to come.
WHY MOBILITY LABS?
A Different Approach to Yoga and Movement
Traditional yoga classes offer tremendous benefits, but they don’t always provide the time or individualized attention needed to explore specific movement challenges.
Mobility Labs bridges that gap.
Rather than following a predetermined sequence, we explore how the body moves, identify areas of restriction, and introduce targeted exercises that support mobility, stability, strength, and body awareness.
Our philosophy is simple: Movement isn’t about achieving the perfect pose. It’s about developing the strength, mobility, and confidence to keep doing the things you love.
Our Process
EXPLORE
We begin by understanding your movement goals, physical history, and individual needs. Through conversation and simple movement observations, we establish a starting point for your practice.
LEARN
Learn how your body moves and how different joints, muscles, and movement patterns work together. We introduce accessible anatomy concepts to help you develop greater body awareness.
PRACTICE
Through guided movement, mobility exercises, functional strengthening, and yoga-based techniques, we explore ways to improve movement quality and build usable strength and range of motion.
INTEGRATE
Take what you’ve learned beyond the studio. Each Lab provides practical exercises and movement strategies you can incorporate into everyday life to support continued progress.
SMALL GROUPS. BIG POSSIBILITIES.
Personalized Movement Education
Each Mobility Lab is offered as a progressive four to six week series with a maximum of five participants.
Our semi-private format allows for individualized attention, thoughtful modifications, and a deeper exploration of movement than a traditional group class.
Whether your goal is to improve mobility, maintain athletic performance, build confidence in your balance, or stay active as you age, there’s a place for you in the Lab.
Mobility Labs are $55 per session. Payment is collected session by session, and you’re welcome to participate in more than one Lab based on your individual goals and interests.
A NOTE ABOUT YOUR PRACTICE
Mobility Labs are educational movement programs designed to support strength, mobility, balance, and body awareness. They are not a substitute for medical evaluation, physical therapy, or individualized treatment. Participants with injuries, significant pain, or medical conditions may need clearance from an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.
