Join Ahoo for a transformative and magical yoga and hiking retreat in southern California. Through yoga, nature, and the powers of connection we will be able to access our highest self and intuitive voice and discover what fuels our soul's purpose. Moving us towards manifesting the highest, happiest version of who we can be. The beautiful Gaia Villa is the perfect setting for the transformative powers of the desert energy.
We will spend 4 nights, and 5 days practicing yoga, hiking, sound bath experience at Integratron, night sky star gazing, bonfires, healthy food, meditation, hot tub, cold plunge, and swimming pool, lying in the hammocks, and so much more!

Colorado Hiking and Yoga Retreat
This Memorial Day, lets retreat to the Colorado mountains. We'll be staying at a beautiful mountain home, Pike View Lodge, in the town of Woodland Park, Colorado. With a morning view of Pikes Peak, Colorado’s famed 14,000 foot peak, we will take in all the area has to offer. Our property sits on 15 acres, at an elevation of 9,500 feet!
Our retreat includes a local festival, e-bike tour of the Garden of the Gods, SUP yoga on the lake, summit attempt of Pikes Peak, a 5 mile roundtrip hike, a visit to the hot springs and spa at Sunwater Spa, a daily yoga class, and more!!
In addition, a few of us will transition back to Denver, on May 29th, to see the band Lord Huron perform at the famed Red Rocks outdoor amphitheater, where we will stay at the Origins Red Rocks hotel. This part is optional and not included in the price. Please let Ahoo know right away if you will include this in your trip, so she can coordinate with you on the concert tickets.
