The Ocean is a movement into a new calendar year with an insightful look at how the vast Ocean outside of us connects to the vast Ocean that is us through an exploration of our Earth, Muladhara chakra - the Ocean Floor of Security * Support * Stability * Safety and Water, Swadhisthana chakra - the Ocean Water that is Full of Life *Freedom of Expression * NON-Hesitant * Of Multi Currents and Flows * Formless and Self Assured, 
This is a union and realization of how Earth and Water compliment each other in a beautiful give and take relationship as we Journey through a slow moving fluid asana practice merging our inner and outer Oceans realizing there is no discrimination and allowing those energy centers to open and allow the energy to rise toward higher human consciousness moving into 2016. ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME

The color for Muladhara is Red and the color for Swadhisthana is Orange. Wear as much or whatever shade of Red or Orange or Both that you have to The Ocean. Creating an energy of community.
