(teacher, light, wisdom, power, guide, energy, voice)

What You Will Learn

With over a decade of experience training yoga teachers, I know that the most powerful teaching comes from personal transformation. In this training, you’ll be guided with patience, compassion, and expert knowledge every step of the way.

You’ll dive deep into 41 foundational asanas (postures), three dynamic surya namaskar flows (sun salutations), and five core pranayama (yogic breathing) techniques. Beyond the physical practice, you’ll explore yoga philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and hands-on practice that will prepare you to lead with confidence.

This isn’t just about learning poses—it’s about stepping into your authentic voice as a teacher, empowering your students, and gaining tools for lifelong personal growth.

What You Will Take Away

As a Korsi graduate, you’ll step into the world confident, inspired, and fully prepared to lead grounded, safe, and transformative yoga classes.
